The Detroit Watch Company introduces its first collection of original timepieces celebrating the time-honored spirit of Detroit—the 1701, the Pride of Detroit, and the Woodward.

Picnic was called upon to deliver a visually compelling, seamless experience across multiple devices. A mobile, online-ordering capable website was a must for this high-end timepiece company looking to make a splash at launch.



Picnic carefully took into account what was most important for this young start-up needing to proceed responsibly in terms of time and budget. An online pre-ordering solution was essential to augment Detroit Watch Company’s marketing and PR efforts driven primarily by social media. A mobile optimized Shopify® solution complete with a stunning product showcase feature helped DWC sell out their launch editions in a matter of weeks.
